REVOLUTION

Many times
I wondered why
all revolutions,
once glorious,
came to a bitter
end
in defeat.

Revolution is a word
that comes from
old French,
used to describe
the movement
of celestial
bodies
in the skies
rolling around
something
until their end.

People move
and revolve
for as long as their
most
critical issues
are unsettled
and their most
urgent claims
are unattended.

But as soon as
some of their claims
and issues
get resolved,
they start
slowing down
until full
stop,
or even
reverse.

It is not human
nature what
causes this,
is that people
starting revolutions
are always thinking
about their
own
claims
and issues
instead of
mankind´s,
so then is easier
to overlook
the bigger
picture
and stop.

I might not be any
different,
but am just sharing
what I
thought...
