VICIOUS CIRCLE

Irrationality leads to greed,
and greed,
gives birth to inequity.
With inequity comes
the fear
of being left behind,
or out,
which takes us back to
more irrationality
to close this
nasty circle,
this enslaving chain.

We need to find the
weakest link
and break it,
or we'll be
condemned to relive,
over and over,
the same old
crap.

LIKE THE WIND TO THE DRY LEAVES

Something hides behind
the mask of
progress
that makes me
wonder
why are we always
messing up
everything.

We are now more
connected
than ever,
but have never
been more
narcissistic
and selfish
before.

We could be within
two days
anywhere in the
planet,
but have never been
more afraid to
leave our
living rooms.

Why?

It feels like
we are not really
in control.

those lives
not worth living
no more.

gray zombies running
all around,
rushing to their
miserable jobs,
running away from
one crap
into the next
crap
in a crap
circle.

who tell you

wrong
when they are
wrong,
and hate you
when you have the
courage
to do what they
don`t dare.

That could be,

asking forgiveness
for your sins,
you should know
you are asking
God
to clean your
garbage
instead of dealing
yourself
with it.

Rather,
would not be
better to ask for
forgiveness from
those you have
wronged?
